February Lust-List

Seriously need all these items in my life right now. And now that I have a job it'll probably all happen. 

1. I have been on the hunt for a long, drapey cardigan type thing and I found the perfect on at H&M. FINALLY.

2. Almost got this shirt the other day but I was a couple dollars short and couldn't get it D: Love the Yeezus album so much and this was most definitely end up in my closet.

3. I need new reading material. Recently, I haven't been inspired to read but I've been dying to read Eleanor & Park.

4. I basically need new socks. Long ones with fun patterns. I'm really into these alien ones and some yin-yang ones.

January Lust-List

Here are some items I have severely been lusting after this past week/last month. 

1. I am all into the bulky fur coat trend going on. I seriously love it. I found this one on Wanelo, but it's from the store Harvey Nichols however I wasn't able to find this exact coat. There are similar ones at Topshop and Sheinside.

2. I have been on the lookout for the perfect pair of holographic shoes and I think I've found them. Usually, all the holographic shoes I find are only in small women's sizes which never fit me. Why can't men be involved in this style?? But, to my luck, I found these from Deandri. I have always loved Deandri's style so it's no surprise I fell in love with these.

3. I have bee lusting after a Cambridge satchel for awhile but just recently I have been dying to have one.

4. I'm sure everyone is well aware of It by Alexa Chung. I need to read this and have it in my possession. You can find it at Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie

Lusting + Fall Wishlist

Okay, since fall is creeping up on us (quite slowly in Texas if I might add, ugh) I took the liberty of looking at the new arrivals of my favorite stores...which always gets me in trouble. Anyway, these pieces are all from Topman and 21 Men. Alright, here we go.

1. I'm so in love with the design of this shirt. The 80's, Saved by the Bell vibe it's giving pleases my eyes to every extent. I seriously need this in my life.

2. I am in desperate need of a moto jacket. This one has a classic look but I love the sort of furry detailing on the collar.

3. I have been keeping my eyes peeled for any booties like these in all the thrift stores I go to. I just think they could go with anything and everything. 

4. Have I mentioned that I'm a sweater junkie? I am, and this sweater is lovely. It was quite expensive ($200!!) but I just had to put it in my wishlist, well, because I want it. I just cant keep my eyes off of it.

5. These collar tips are to die for. The whole oil spill trend going around can sometimes be over kill but the simple detail these provide is the right amount. 

6. All of my bags are black. Except for one. So, I thought adding a nice cream colored one would spruce up my options. I also love bucket bags.

7. More shoes! I love the sort of modern take on the classic brogue style. I'm just in need of some new shoes.

8. Again, another sweater. The design at the top is very interesting and I want it on my body.

9. BOWTIES! I am a major sucker for bowties. And polka dots. So putting them together just adds to my interest. I seriously need it.

10. I don't have much T-shirts, so I thought I'd add this one. the fall colors are perfect for the up coming season. I fell in love with the pocket in the front.

11. I'm also a cardigan buff. I like to refer myself as the Cardigan King. And this one is PERFECT. Every part about it. It needs a spot in my wardrobe. 

12. And more polka dots. I have been looking for a polka dotted shirt everywhere but haven't had much luck. I'm so glad 21 Men has one so I just might have to nab it before it's gone.

Lusting + H&M

Hey guys!

I'm sure you're all aware that H&M finally incorporated online shopping to their directory. And if you're anything like me, then this is big news. I can't tell you how many times I stared at my computer screen, grinding my teeth at the fact that the H&M site didn't allow shopping. Not that I shop online frequently (rarely, actually) but I like the option. And now that I have jumped into the adult world, I do plan on making online shopping a part of my life. Anyway, I recently browsed the new arrivals of their site and am going to share some of the items I am currently lusting after! Here we go:

Usually, I'm not a big fan of super tight bottoms if they're not skinny jeans. However, these look to be a more pant like bottom and the fact that they are imitation leather really gets my excited. I need that extra edge for my pants and these pair will be the perfect match.

I don't really have a specific idealization as to why I was this sweatshirt other than the fact that I simply enjoy the design. The NYC text reminds my of the Nylon magazine text, which I like.

 I guess I'm just on that New York binge right now :) I really like how the yin yang is the "o". I always have a soft spot of the yin yang symbol. Also, I don't have much yellow in my wardrobe so this could act as a soft stepping stone into accepting yellow into my clothing.

 When the Chelsea Boot trend hit the high road, I have to admit I wasn't a fan. But, with time, I have come accustom to the shoes and not desperately need them in my life. I'm so happy H&M decided to sell their own pair.

 If you know me at all, you'd know that I am a die hard sweater fanatic. So, it's typical of me to want this sweater. The fact that it's semi see-through pleases me and gives me hope that this would another dash of edge to an outfit. I just love how you can see the white shirt under the sweater on the model.

 Now that I'm in college, there isn't much of a dress code so I've been eyeing some hats. I fell in love with this wool hat the instant I saw it. The color is that perfect fall brown/orange that will go well with a lot of pieces in my closet. I think this may be a piece that I will definitely purchase soon enough.

 THEY'RE BACK! Or at least "coming soon". I was a fool for not purchasing this scarf when I had the chance. And, of course, the moment I really want one H&M stops sell them and I couldn't find one similar enough at any other store. I am seriously not missing the opportunity this time. However, I can't fully decide what color I want. I adore anything black so I'm leaning towards a black one. But I really like the grew and maroonish colored ones as well. I hate when life gives me decisions sometimes ;) We'll just have to find out wont we.

Alright, that is all. I'm very pleased with H&M's new fall arrivals. Not so much the rising price tags, but what can you do? The curse of a fashion lover :) Stay chill!
