Since NYFW wrapped up, I decided to compile some of my favorite designer looks for SS14. I'm really pleased with this years (or I guess next years?) looks. I especially love they whole throw back trend going on. Like how most of the looks seem as though Cher from Clueless would have no problem wearing - or it just seems that way to me because I've had Clueless on repeat for a week. All the classic cuts are gorgeous. But don't get me wrong, I really love the modernity of some of the looks as well.
I tried to keep it as concise as possible, but it's hard when I like so many looks. Anyway, here we go:
Stella McCartney-
Never really was a huge fan of hers but I fell in love with her collection. She really played with the classics, which I enjoy.
Chanel-
As usual, their timeless luxe look.
Acne-
I love the whole grunge vibe they went with this collection. I especially love the moon and star jacket thing.
BCBG-
Calvin Klein-
Chloe-
Ok, so I literally fell in LOVE with Chloe's collection. It was flawless. Every piece was beautiful.
DKNY-
Very cool street style. Pastels and overalls are here to stay!
Gucci-
Pretty good collection. Although, is it bad to say that I love the back ground?
Marc by Marc Jacobs -
I think it's safe to say that Marc's menswear was my favorite of this season. I just cant get enough.
Kate Spade-
She really won my appreciation with her collection. The whole classic Hollywood meets Paris chic meets Clueless was on point.
Michael Kors -
Oscar de la Renta -
No favorites is complete without Oscar.
Phillip Lim -
I'm not sure what collection this is or if it's even the right season but I loved it so here you go.
The Row -
I've always had my skepticism of The Row but Mary Kate and Ashley got me good with these looks.
Red Valentino -
All the variations of this look were so cute. However, the background is a little too much if you ask me.
Valentino -
Versace -
Again, more Clueless-esque.
Alexander Wang -
One of my all time favorite of this season. SO CUTE!
